Terrace apartment in Geltendorf

This apartment offers you both: tranquility in the countryside and yet you are in the middle of Munich in just 30 minutes. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. The Ammersee and Wörthsee, two of the most beautiful lakes in the Munich area, can also be reached by car in 15 minutes. The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. That's why there are still some memorabilia in the apartment, such as my grandmother's old sewing machine.

Apotheke, Ärzte, viele Restaurants und Läden des täglichen Bedarfs sind schnell und großteils fussläufig erreichbar. It combines a historical ambience with modern comfort and is situated right next to a large garden with fruit trees and a natural swimming pond (10x3 meters). The pool is shared with the holiday property next door. Additionally, the cottage has it's own private small garden with a spacious terrace available for al-fresco dining, sunbathing or just unwinding.

Die schöne Wohnung bietet auf ca. 45 m² ein Wohnzimmer mit TV, eine voll ausgestattete Einbauküche mit Esstisch, Bad, Terrasse und Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Boxspringbett (180 × 200 cm). Handtücher, Bettwäsche sowie ein separater Eingang sind inklusive. Parken ist auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite möglich. Die S-Bahn Türkenfeld ist ca. 5 km entfernt, München erreicht man mit dem Auto in 25–30 Minuten.
