If you are looking for a larger place for your family and friends right in the heart of Tbilisi with great neighbourhoods and loads of restaurants - look no further. Being from London I would compare it to Shoreditch or Hackney - just off from being in central part of the city, but very trendy with loads of great restaurants minutes away. The apartment is the state of art. I travelled to a few different places around the world, but this was a pleasant surprise as you never know if the photos are a true reflection. The host was super responsive and sorted our issue with a boiler in no time. Highly recommended!

The building and the surroundings where the apartment is located are very modern comparing to other areas of Tbilisi city The apartment is exactly as it is on the pictures and matches the description. There is a very nice view from the balcony. The host is very responsive and friendly. There are very nice shops, cafes, fitness clubs, parks, etc nearby

The apartments is very well equipped with everything you need. The owners of the apartment are very hospitable and pleasant people. But there is a busy road under the windows. In general, the noise is significally reduced by the windows. However, sometimes, in a late evening, some car and motorbike drivers decided to make formula 1 races on that road. That's only thing that might be annoying.

The house was exactly as it appeared in the photos, we loved everything. Located on one of the famous streets of Tiflis, it is very central. But because of this, there may be car noises at night. Other than that, everything was very nice, the host was very caring. Thank you so much

The apartment was impressively clean and had clearly undergone a fresh renovation that gave it a modern and stylish feel. I was pleased to find everything in perfect condition and ready for my stay. The location of the apartment was also a huge advantage. Being so close to the underground station, it made getting around the city a breeze. I was able to explore all the sights and sounds of the area without any difficulty, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Additionally, the manager and host of the apartment were incredibly helpful and communicative. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided me with helpful tips and recommendations to make my stay even better.

We had a great stay at Mk's apartment in Tbilisi. Everything was just as advertised and the space felt cozy and like a home away from home. Kitchen was well equipped, bed and couch were comfortable, hot water in the shower no matter the time of day. All the basics were covered. The apartment is well situated with a grocery store, and SPAR just steps away. Mk was responsive and answered any questions I had. Being on the 9th floor gives you a nice view of the city and mountains in the distance.

We were looking for a getaway with our family far from the busy capital, so we booked sofia's place, located in saguramo under an hour from tbilisi center, the house is perfect, better than the pictures a real retreat, to relax and unwind completely while being enveloped by nature. Sofia and Oleg are amazing hosts they go the extra mile to welcome you, help you and make you feel like you are home. Thank you very much guys for everything we wish you all the best.

I stayed here for 30 days and it is near Metro station which is a big plus point. The place was surrounded by quiet atmosphere and host was very helpful, specially her father. According to my budget it was a great place to stay here.

I have lived here for nearly two months. Unlike other areas, it is very quiet here and has an independent, private and quiet garden. I became friends with the beagle dog in the garden. The supporting facilities in the house are very complete, and the decoration style is in line with my aesthetics. It is as convenient as at home. Zuka responded very promptly. When I needed a baby chair, he provided me with a new chair. If I come to Tbilisi again, I will choose to live here again.
