Typical stone house, completely renovated and nestled in the beautiful medieval village of Calascio, just 2,5 Km from the dramatic Rock (Rocca Calascio) and just 5 Km from Santo Stefano di Sessanio and Castel del Monte. The house consist of 2double bed rooms with view on the valley, a twin bedroom, a big livingroom, a full equipped kitchen and bathroom. The courtyard is perfect for breakfast or lunch, or just to stroll at the sun. Every comfort, including wi-fi,without losing the original feel.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Despite being a stone's throw from the main street full of life, clubs and pubs, the area remains away from the noise of nightlife. It is a small jewel located on the panoramic road of Caporciano. Partly dug into the rock, it offers glimpses and suggestions that are hard to find. It has two gardens, one outside and one inside where there is a barbecue. The ground floor consists of a living kitchen with fireplace, pellet stove and a living room carved into the cave, cool in summer. On the first floor, the sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.

Our house has just been renovated and is very comfortable. It is located in a quiet area, 2 km from the Basilica of Collemaggio and 4 km from the center. It is conveniently located to reach popular locations, such as Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Rocca Calascio, the Stiffe caves, the slopes of Campo Felice and Campo Imperatore. A few meters away is the city bus stop and the train station to Sulmona is 5 km away. For relaxation you will find a Smart TV. Have a nice stay!
