Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Tutukaka

We had some family out from the UK and went for this property for the view and spa. We were absolutely blown away by the view and the house. Beautiful decor and great kitchen equipment. Not the cheapest place but worth spoiling yourself for. Paihia is a great little spot with plenty to do.

Greg was fantastic to deal with and very accommodating with our requests for change of dates. Would highly recommend this location and property.

The house was high end with great floor plan. Very clean and well furnished. Having use of the internal garage was brilliant especially having a baby to unpack and when it was torrential rain. Added bonus was the beautiful clean spa. Needed that after climbing Mt Manaia! Would absolutely recommend this house

Kay's place was perfect for a couple of night's getaway. She was a very quick communicator and everything was as expected. She kindly left us freshly baked bread, as well as honey and apples from her property. The beds were very comfy and the whole place was well stocked and much more spacious than we expected. Kay's husband James sorted the pizza over for us and we cooked homemade pizzas. The property is private and secluded but just up a driveway from the road. Would highly recommend both the hosts and the property. Would happily stay again or suggest it to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at Bobs place. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Very easy going and quick to respond, so peaceful and quiet and looks just like the pictures. 5 star

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karl’s house. The area is beautiful and peaceful. The home is well-equipped with amenities as described, including a hot tub under the stars. We are so glad we included a few days in the Northland during our trip. The natural beauty is outstanding, and we hope to return in the future.

Blown away by location and beautifully presented home, complete with all the bells and whisltes. Loved that we had access to plenty of beach toys, games and books. Did not need a thing. Felt right at home after travelling 800kms. Perfect size for a big whanau who love the beach. The sunrises and sunsets are stunning.

Great location and very comfortable stay. The house is in excellent condition, much better than the pictures. Beautiful outdoor deck to relax in the sun. The host was very responsive and helpful.

I cannot say enough about how beautiful Gill's home is. The surroundings are so beautiful, short drive into town where you can find everything your looking for. Gill is such a wonderful and kind host, if you have a chance to visit her home, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for making my son's wedding so special, so lucky to have met such a amazing woman.

The house is situated on top of a hill with a breathtaking view. Our families of 10 adults and 4 children spent four nights at the lodge. The house is like maze. Plenty of space for everyone. It's clean, fresh linen and towels and reliable wifi. The kitchen is very well equipped to cater for large groups. The outdoor BBQ and pizza oven were a bonus. Plenty of things for the kids too i.e. trampoline, table tennis, throwing darts and toys. Great communication from the host Daniel. He sent clear and easy to follow instructions a few days before our arrival. We want to go back again and would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful, peaceful location. House was spotless and had everything you needed. Multiple outside zones to enjoy the nature and water views. Super private and only a 7 min drive to the heart of Russell.

Amazing views, exceptional place and Jeff is a great host. This was a very memorable relaxing holiday. We hope to visit this stunning place again sometime soon!!

Five adults and six children had a wonderful weekend in Mangawhai, using Carolynn's house as our base. There was plenty of space for everyone to find their own corner, both inside and out. The kitchen was big enough for several cooks to work in at once and the dining table was big enough for us to all sit around so mealtimes were a treat, not a chore. Amazing view to the east, including sunrise across water and moonscape sand dunes. The spa at the end of the day was a special treat for our family, as was the large TV screen in the lounge. We missed a few books and board games but everything else was in good supply. Thank you for a special long weekend with my family Carolynn.

A beautiful home that was well equipped for a busy Christmas Day with family. The outlook was simply breathtaking. We enjoyed the alfresco areas, playing pétanque and finding the tree swing. A simply beautiful retreat to relax and unwind.

Shivani is an absolutely delight and a fantastic host! The description and pictures represented the beautiful and tastefully decorated home to perfection. It was really a home away from home. Beautiful location, gorgeous views and incredibly well maintained property and home. Thank you Shivani, for your generous hospitality, warm and helpful nature and being so incredibly responsive.
