Everything was perfect

Good experience, I will book it next time. Value/money and the view to the sea! I like the location as it is closed to the running/walking path along the seaside. Parking was not always easy, but manageable to find (up to 5 walking minutes away). I saw bus stop, but did not use - cannot judge. Next to the house there is to a shopping mall, if you need something, lots of restaurants, for the grocery shopping better use delivery service, though there is a (expensive) supermarket in the mall. Internet connection was stable to work, but it is not suitable for the remote work as only has a small tea table. We had a little hiccup with the entrance magnet card, but our host sorted out it quickly with the security team. Note: read carefully description: things which are not listed are missing, do not assume it is there (like clutter and toilet paper), though it would be good to include it. Gym is 20 EUR for 1 time.

It was a really nice flat in a residence that almost works like a hotel. Very clean facilities, although lack kitchen equipment (maybe because it is like a hotel?) Very nice and clean pool, but unfortunately the pool is under shade of the building, thus without water heating it was freezing to dip in even at over 30 degree weather.

We had a lovely time at Ferhat’s place . Would definitely stay there again .

The space was as described. The staff were friendly and solution-oriented. There was a problem with the TV remote in the room we stayed in, they quickly took care of the problem. There was no hair dryer because it was stolen all the time. I think that's an understandable inconvenience. Apart from that, everything was fine. I love the comfort and design of the lounge. It creates a warm environment. Absolutely satisfied.

Great host, would recommend. Everything was very simple thanks to the clear instructions, easy communication and responsiveness of Levent. It is very accommodating and the house was as described.

Great area, beautiful house with amazing terrace views. We were running extremely late into the evening due to the ferry departures but our host kept in contact without throughout the entire time until we arrived and had checked in. Thank you again for a wonderful accommodation!

I normally booked somewhere else. However, since the host didn't contact me, I canceled my reservation and booked the Barış brain house at the last minute. She contacted me right away and made a lot of advice and suggestions. He was very friendly and sincere. I stayed at his place as if it were my own. He's a great host. Definitely recommend. Ali met us at the ferry terminal on our arrival and took us to our new home for a week. Ali was wonderfully hospitable and showed us around the house. The house was equipped with everything; a lovely garden to sit in with brick BBQ; lots of space for 6 of us; peaceful area - we loved it - located 10-15 mins from the terminal, a very pleasant stroll with many good eateries along the way. We would definitely stay again.

It was really a nicer home and location than I expected. With the help of the host, I had a nice few days without any difficulty. I feel comfortable and peaceful like my own home. If I were to come back, I would come with no hesitation. Thank you for everything

Erfan was extremely friendly, helpful and always available for questions. The location was ideal and there were lots of nice extras that made the stay even more enjoyable (e.g. shampoo, towels, washing machine, ironing board, etc. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. There was no safety and privacy issue. Although we kept it recently, Mr. Deniz was helpful. Shops, restaurants nearby in the location. Transportation is easy. I recommend anyone who wants to stay on the Anatolian side to give a chance.
