This charming accommodation which comprises of one double bedroom with en suite shower room is detached from the main house ensuring complete privacy. Two golf courses are within walking distance. Explore nearby attractions; Colchester Castle & Museums, Dedham vale, Willie Lot Cottage, Layer Marney Tower & Mersea Island where you can sample the seafood including the famous Colchester oysters

Old Maltings Annex

The annex is a lovely relaxing place to stay. Accessed by the main front door one then enters one's own private space. Recently converted it offers a fantastic double room. It is very light and airy. Fully heated so nice and cosy. There is a television with sky and wifi, table and chairs and basin. Downstairs there is a bathroom, with heated towel rail and luxury bath with hand held shower. twin room downstairs next to the bathroom. NO ACTUAL KITCHEN!! fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave

Garden annexe-early check-in available

Our home is about 20 mins walk to town. There is an Indian restaurant & convenience shop across the road, Turkish restaurant, Chinese takeout & riverside restaurant within 10 mins. Take a lovely walk through Sudbury water meadows in to town. The annexe with outside decking is situated at the rear of our garden with access via stairs to a parking space(apologies but guests without satisfactory reviews will not be accepted) Sorry, no pets as we have a friendly cat and 2 dogs roaming the garden

Situated on the edge of the pretty medieval cloth town of Long Melford, the barn combines modern comfort with an impressive historical pedigree. There are plenty of beautiful walks and fascinating places to visit nearby, including medieval Lavenham, the old market town of Sudbury with is fabulous Gainsborough museum, and Bury St Edmunds and its fine Abbey.

Tuck away next to the Wivenhoe woods (upper Wivenhoe), this lovely self-contained studio flat provides comfortable accommodation throughout. The studio is on a cul-de-sac, with its own entrance. It is just a short walk to the University of Essex via Wivenhoe Public pathway. The the train station is also only 15 minute walk away through the Wivenhoe trail. Ideal for 1-2 guests, but a baby or small chid is welcome (providing that you bring your own travel cot & bedding with you).

Relax in this detached former cart lodge surrounded by beautiful countryside and located in the owners’ grounds in a great rural location. The Cart Lodge can accommodate up to 5 people, with the Master Bedroom having a King size bed and the second bedroom having a Queen size bed and single bed. We take the utmost care in cleaning the property including disinfecting frequently touched surfaces between reservations so that it is safe for our guests upon arrival.

The cottage is perfectly located near the town centre and surrounded by footpaths and beautiful ancient water meadows. A lovely place to rest and recharge. Sudbury area is very dog friendly and you can enjoy most pubs and restaurants with your pooch. We are close to historical towns of Long melford and Lavenham. 10 minute walk to town and shops 15 minute walk to bus and train station 1-2 minute walk to restaurants 1-2 minute walk to meadows and footpaths
