The bedroom has plenty of closet space and includes a double box spring. In the living room you will find a dining table, TV and sofa bed. You can also enjoy the large private front garden with lounge area and dining table.

There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room, there is a double sofa bed. There is also WiFi, smart TV, air conditioning and electric heating. Groningen city center is 20 minutes by bike. P+R A28 (transfer/bus station) within walking distance. Train station also in Haren Shops nearby. Supermarket 1000 meters away.

The cozy living room with rustic style has a 2 x 2 person sofa and dining room table for 4 people. The living room has a wood-burning stove that can be used (wood bags available for €6.00 each). This cozy saloon car is in the yard between the horses, chickens and geese. Enjoy the simplicity of this nice place with a fireplace, your own kitchen, box bed and 'outdoor' shower and toilet (see photos). The car can be heated by a pellet stove and equipped with all comforts for a restful stay. A made bed, clean towels, kitchen linen and final cleaning are included in the price.
