The property was perfect - well maintained and clean. It is also very well equipped and comfortable, and ideal for a family. Arun was a super responsive host. Situated on a quiet street off West Road, it is a perfectly located for public transporting easy access to the centre of Newcastle. Highly recommended.

Great accommodation. Suited our needs perfectly with local shops within walking distance. The space was great and Robyn was always on hand to help us with any issues. Would highly recommend and would be happy to stay again.

We loved this place, it was perfect for our six year olds, they loved the garden, the spacious rooms and it was a great location to base ourselves while we explored to NE - we will be back xx

We had a lovely weekend away celebrating birthdays/weddings and this home was perfect for what we needed to accommodate 8 ladies comfortably. House is just as described we loved the hot tub and the open plan downstairs dining seating area. Great location just 10 minute taxi to city centre. Jaya was great very proactive messaging.

Would definitely recommend company/ this accommodation. Communication was top notch throughout, very quick and answered all queries. House was lovely and very clean, beds super comfortable, smart tv with netflix etc.

Emma’s place is lovely exactly as described. The garden was a great bonus hot tub was wonderful. We were in Newcastle due to the Magic Weekend so we used the house as a base for 2 families. Everyone had a great time perfect place for us to get together. Communications were very good.. Thank you Emma and your family for allowing us to stay in your home.

We were staying up there for my Sons wedding , then we stayed on a little over Christmas to see the children . The Ubers are amazing and I just downloaded the app ‘Uber eats ‘ as well and they can do a shop for you from the Coop ,Sainsbury’s and Tesco and more . Uber travel was very good and reasonable . Area of house is great for Newcastle , Durham or Bernard castle area . Rooms are a good size , beds comfortable. Walking for elderly parents was nice and they increased their fitness immensely , as the fresh air has helped them along with the trips to the countryside which is all around . Very Clean throughout . Comfy sofa and large chair. Great for a family . Garden is enclosed and very safe . Rachel has been a very kind host , and fast to respond to any querys , I would recommend the area and the home , the locals are friendly and there’s a Tesco express which has a bit of everything , in walking distance . Warm and welcoming, banister on stairs plenty of cupboards . A*

We enjoyed our stay in this property, it was decorated to a high standard and had a good amount of space for our needs. It had almost all the facilities we needed to celebrate Christmas (we needed to buy a few more trays for the oven but that was about it). One thing to be aware of that we missed when booking is that the bathroom is downstairs at the back of the house, behind the kitchen, which was a bit of a surprise as we didn't remember seeing that noted before booking, however didn't cause us too many issues during the visit. The only other thing to note is there were a few minor maintenance issues (missing/dead light bulbs for example) that should be fixed, however again this didn't cause any problems during the stay, just something that could be improved to fully bring out the potential of the space.

We loved spending Easter weekend at Nick’s place in Roker. It was perfectly located for walks along the beachfront and for a play in the park with the kids. The house was clean and we didn’t need to contact the host to ask anything. The only thing I felt was missing was a mirror in the house. Sharing the bathroom mirror was quite tricky for a family of 5. Other than that, our stay was great and we hope we might return again next year.

We had such a great stay! The location is perfect with a mall across the street and lots of restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive which was nice because we got in later at night. The place was extremely clean which is super nice when on the road! I would definitely recommend!

This was my third stay at Ben’s flat for a short, work-related trip. The flat was extremely clean as usual, cosy as described, 20 min away on foot from Newcastle University where I work, very close to HayMarket and the city centre, which is perfect for me. Ben is always helpful and friendly. I would heartily recommend the flat for a single person or a couple !

Perfect place for the 3 nights that we stayed. Really easy to get into Newcastle city centre from a bus stop just down the road. Flat itself had everything we needed for the long weekend. Would definitely stay again!

This was a lovely stay! The house was cozy and very clean, easy to find, clear instructions for everything, & had everything that we could have needed during our stay! The hosts were very responsive as well. We had a problem with the heater but they came and helped us out the next day directly! Thank you so much, we had an amazing stay :)

Niel‘s place was great, a secure and quiet location and Niel and Karen were friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment was perfect for the two of us for a short visit. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay, very much recommend. Brill location (we drove & parking was always easy & great for us to see family / get to the beach / the city with ease). Lovely touch Yvonne & Andrew leaving a small milk for us & some very nice cookies. Super kind. Beds were super comfy, lovely quiet area. We will be back.

Such a perfect property for a getaway in Newcastle. We thank Kristopher so much for the stay! The house was gorgeous and spotless, nice and modern with a private garden and hottub. It's on a lovely street and we walked straight into the city centre from here. Check in instructions were clear. We'd absolutely stay here again instead of a hotel next time we visit ❤️

We were very let down last minute by a different host and Lesley Anne saved the day! Her place is absolutely stunning, fantastic amenities and spotless! It’s right in the centre of Newcastle which you wouldn’t know about as it’s so quiet at night! 10/10 stay!

Fabulous apartment with beautiful sea views. Fantastic communication with our very welcoming host. We arrived to lots of special touches which helped us to feel at home from the start! Very comfortable accommodation. Private parking was a bonus. Would definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay at Cat’s place very much. We were a party of 4 adults who wanted a quiet spot to retreat to after a days sightseeing. It fitted the bill perfectly. It is located on a beautiful leafy road just a short walk away from the High Street which has a good range of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. It’s easy to get into Newcastle Center on the bus, or to visit the coast on the Metro. The flat has a very comfortable home from home feel. It was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed . We would definitely book in again if we were visiting the area.

Another fantastic stay at Michael and Elaine’s sea view apartment. Who needs good weather when you have that amazing view! Michael and Elaine are great hosts who provide an excellent experience for visitors. The apartment is beautifully designed reflecting Michael’s artistic and creative work. On this visit we noticed a new air fryer which is a great addition. For us it’s a great Airbnb that feels so homely. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to cook in with all the amenities you have at home. The showroom is high quality and has great water pressure too. Locally we enjoyed the Durango lounge which provides a wonderful atmosphere in the old roller rink that my Mum can never remember and great up to date food. The Castle View Inn is another great place along the sea front. Originally (my Mum tells me) the Park Hotel, again a great place to eat and also has a yummy ice cream parlour. Can’t wait to return! We had a great stay at Carlene's apartment. It was clean, modern, in a great location and well worth the price. Carlene went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.
