The property, called Ekelund, is located on the beautiful island of Tysnes in Sunnhordland, only 45 minutes by car and 35 minutes by ferry from Flesland (Bergen 50-60 mIn).

With its beautiful location by the Hardangerfjord, you can wake up to a breathtaking view every morning. The cottage has four cozy bedrooms, perfect for housing both family and friends. The large patio gives you the opportunity to enjoy fresh air, barbecue meals and have fun activities. And best of all, you have lots of hiking opportunities in the mountains around the cabin so you can experience nature at its best. You can even try your fishing and catch fresh fish straight from the Hardangerfjord.

Cottage by the sea

A friendly and peaceful place to stay, although Vaage village is nearby. Calm down, enjoy the view from the large window in the living room, or at the spacious terrace. There is a short path down to the seashore, with a boat, (to use i summer-time,) and 20 min walking to the Vaage village, with shops and restaurants. The cabin has a retro style, for sustainability. But the two floors hopefully will provide well-being for your familiy, or your favourite friends. The cabin has wi-fi.

Welcome to a peaceful holiday home at Tysnes with spectacular views of the Bjørnafjord. Here you will find proximity to the lake and swimming opportunities. In addition, it is only a short walk to Våge where you will find a restaurant, shops and cafe. Tysnes also offers good fishing opportunities and fabulous mountain hikes. Towels and bed linen can be rented for NOK 100 per person. Cleaning can be arranged at 1500 kroner.

There is access to the loan of a kayak and canoe from the boathouse which is about 200 meters walk from the apartment. There are also opportunities for borrowing bikes.
