HEATED POOL — ONE OF THE ONLY ONES IN THE REGION With affection in every corner, this house honors my grandmother. The exclusive pool is heated and treated with salt (gentler on skin and hair). It is 300 meters from the sea, in a central and quiet area. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with air-conditioning), 2 bathrooms, a living room with a smart TV and comfortable sofa, an equipped kitchen integrated with the gourmet area, a gazebo with a barbecue grill and a large table. Supermarket 100 meters away and we live nearby, always available for whatever you need.

Walk on the sand or bring your bike for a ride on the bike path. Family beach, great for kids. All 4 bedrooms have AIR CONDITIONING and a ceiling fan. There is no problem with lack of water, as we have a well and a cistern. The kitchen is fully equipped and we have an AIR FRYER.
