Picinguaba is a beautiful and quiet place. For those who like beach without agitation, rest and contemplation of nature; it renews body and soul. The house is a cute, very cozy, all-equipped, as per the announcement. Everything is well organized, from the first with Marília, which gave us valuable directions as to the place. Mrs. Lucia, who received us, was very attentive and helpful. These were wonderful days!!!!

We spent a very pleasant family weekend in the house. As I had read here, it is even better than the photos. The location is excellent, not too far away, within a quiet and safe house condominium. It is steps from Lazaro beach, great for children for being shallow and with few waves (we saw even fish on the right side of it). We also know the Domingas Dias beach, the condominium gives access to it too, it was well worth it. The house has all structure, air-conditioned rooms, gourmet area equipped and comfortable. Alexandre was proactive, kind, flexible with checkin and checkout and very quick to answer. We will definitely return.

Bel's place was a grateful surprise! The accommodation offered a great value for money. It was impeccably clean, very well organized and exactly as in the photos of the ad. The kitchen is well equipped, and we were greeted with a fruit bowl filled with fresh and delicious fruit, as well as natural flower arrangements scattered around the house. The space accommodated my family perfectly, with great comfort. The location is also great: close to the city portal and a few minutes to the historical center by car. Bel was extremely attentive and agile in all the messages, always ready to help with tips on tours and useful information. The self-check-in was quiet thanks to the clear instructions she sent us. Without a doubt, we recommend the stay and we would gladly return!

The house is much better than in the photos. Extremely clean,complete and beautiful decor.The kitchen is a chapter by part, because even I am a chef,I was impressed. I found everything I needed,from utensils, to the dishes of great taste. If I had to suggest something,it would just be put one more refrigerator or freezer to complete what is already very good. The condominium is a true paradise. About the hosts I have never been treated so well as a guest.Super gentle,polite and flexible.Anderson and Milena understood the problem I had of being on site on a weekend of heavy rainfall and had a surreal empathy with me, helping me far beyond their obligation. If not for them,the weekend that was to celebrate my birthday would have been a fiasco,due to so many problems I had on the road. I am extremely grateful to this amazing couple. I'll definitely be back in a sunny season to enjoy the house and the place better.

We stayed at Andrea's house and, in general, the stay was very positive. The proximity to the beach is really one of the great highlights; within a few meters it is possible to feel the sand at the feet and enjoy the sun. The location is perfect for those looking to relax by the sea. Also, I would like to commend the host's education and attention, Andrea. She was extremely cordial and helpful throughout our stay, always available to answer questions and give tips about the region. I hope to return soon and enjoy this paradise again!

We spent great days, very well accommodated. The house is really everything it shows in the photos, beautiful, with great space to gather friends, enjoy a barbecue and nature. Ninha and Toninho are very receptive, kind and care very well for the house and the guests.

Excellent accommodation, extremely clean and organized flat. The road for access is very well located, with a beach 1km away from the accommodation, only requires a little attention on the steering wheel because it has several holes and irregularities, we went in a high car so we had no problems.

Alexandra was always polite and attentive, with clear explanations and helped with everything needed. Well located house, close to everything, comfortable accommodation, with everything you need for a stay. Only on rainy days, the block where the apartment is runs out of water on rainy days, the only flaw so far. Otherwise, only praise.

Me and my family like it very much , the apartment is according to photos and description of the listing , a positive point is that there is an elevator in the building since the apartment is on the third floor , whoever is with two cars has a small square in front of the super quiet building that we left the second car there and we had no problems, tbm we use very good barbecue area by the way . Dona Maria who welcomed us very polite and requests a belezinha , and the owner of the extremely polite tbm apartment. We had a great stay .

We had incredible days. I can even say that the best of the trip was the house we stayed with. Everything was very clean. The house is very comfortable and it is all equipped, we do not need to take anything. Lilian and Maria were super attentive. Something that surprised me was the organization with the information about the place and the house. It was great. And the place is very quiet. We will definitely be back. Our stay was very good! The apartment is close to the beach. It is cozy, organized and has the necessary utensils and environments for a peaceful stay. We found everything very clean! Host Lauro is very polite and kind. He helped us from the moment we arrived and with everything we needed.

My stay was great; Juliana was very helpful from the start. There were also Dona Neuza and Mrs. Maria who welcomed us. There was flexibility in the chek-in and the location is great, easy to find and close to the supermarket, pharmacy, snack bars, bakeries, Tenório beach and Praia Grande. The apartment was very clean and smelling, without mold and well aired. There is everything that is needed in the kitchen, fan in the bedrooms and in the living room.

Our stay was great, the flat is good, excellent location very close to the Grande, Tenório and Toninhas beaches, easy parking garage, near the edge of Itaguá where the restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, supermarkets, Shoping, etc...

The apto is 2 blocks from the beach and also has restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies basically next door. Access to the center is also easy, about 3km. And is also close to the highway on which you can access the beaches of the northern region. The space is big and the kitchen complete, it would come back again!

The condominium has a complete structure and is located in the noble area of Ubatuba . Close to restaurants , shops , bakeries and etc If you want to be well installed , I recommend

The house is a grace, it has everything to cook, a fridge and a very good stove. i just wanted to highlight one thing,there are great fans there,but whoever is hot like us,we recommend taking more fans,because it's very hot. Noa mais,the location is good, wonderful pool,sir. Adilson very kind,we love and will be back soon.

i highly recommend both for the apartment that was impeccable, as well as for the reception of Maria who attended us very well and what caught my attention was that the moment I needed their help, they did not think twice , excellent reception and service . I want to leave my gratitude to Soraia and Maria for the gesture of affection and compassion towards my family as we face a great congestion when we want to leave the city and they welcome us, I will always remember that . We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we loved the location of the house, close to the beach we were able to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in getting around, the house accommodated 07 people very well, the pool and barbecue area are great, condominium and quiet, we missed the Air fry, and washing machine would help, but we already knew it didn't have it, but everything else was the same as the listing, Gisele and André are super attentive, always answered me and helped quickly, thank you for the attention until next time.
