Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Wood stove is available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full of toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda and Stockholm are all within about 40 minutes drive . Easier Livs about 5 km away.

På gården finns kaniner, en snäll hund och just nu söta små änder. I byn finns hästar, lekpark, fotbollsplan, basketplan, utegym, löparspår, biograf, kyrka och motorcrossbana. Nära till Arlanda, Uppsala och Sigtuna. Stockholm och Norrtälje en dagsutflykt bort.
