The other part of the house is from 2001. The house is located in the heart of Stadtlauringen. Central yet quiet. In the surrounding area, Lake Ellertshäuser or Lake Sulzfelder offer great excursion destinations in summer. Museums, wildlife park, hiking and biking tours offer many experiences.

On approx. 60 square meters, there are two separate bedrooms (each with double beds), a living room, kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower/toilet. Since the basement is only used as a utility room, you will live in the house all by yourself - without being disturbed by other vacation guests in the same house.
