This is how you do Air BnB the right way! Having stayed in a number of Air BnB's this is without a doubt up there as the best yet I have been to. Kimmie was extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful, we couldn't have asked for any more from our host. The house was extremely clean and we very much enjoyed the hot tub and bath! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much we will be going back soon. Kimmie had kindly set up a safe sleeping cot with appropriate bedding for my daughter along with a high chair and toddler cutlery, it's this attention to detail which made the difference for us. If you are looking for a place to stay on a lovely lake with everything you need, do not hesitate to book!

We were a family of 6 and Peter’s place comfortably hosted us. The place has so much potential. We had had everything we needed for our trip.

Bart and Carole were incredible hosts! Very kind, responsive, and provided wonderful recommendations for local spots to check out. My husband is from the Netherlands and said the location is as good as it gets! The home is pretty and secluded. It is within a very short walking distance to town with restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. It also backs right up to beautiful woods!!! The house is the perfect size and was very clean. Absolutely loved the kitchen. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Don’t hesitate to book!

Beautifully located house at the edge of the village and the forest. The kitchen has everything needed for home cooking. Sandra is a warm hostess who responds quickly. Now in winter fine house but in good weather completely ideal.

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful, quiet house. The garden is beautiful and a very nice area to sit quietly in. The house has everything you'll need. The rooms are spacious, everyone has enough space in the house. Thanks to the stairwell, you can also just arrive without having to meet one hour in advance. They were also flexible with the departure time, which was also very nice!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very nice and accommodating and welcomed us warmly. The house is very nice as shown in the pictures and we will be happy to come back.

Years ago, I had turned my back on AirBnB. Due to bad experiences. But recently I thought I'd have to give it another try anyway. Couldn't have picked a better place than Fred's. It's not a typical place. On the contrary, no corner is straight. Clearly inspired by Gaudi. We slept wonderfully there, nothing is missing. Our dog also loved it. Every morning look at the ducks, geese and futen that swim by in front of the houseboat. Thank you Fred!

We had a great family trip with fun ping pong rounds in the pool house and beautiful moments in the heated hot tub. The location in the middle of nature is so romantic!! Jeanette is super helpful and friendly. :)

Karlijn and her family welcomed us very warmly. We felt very comfortable!It was a very relaxed,unfortunately only 3 day trip,but very relaxing. Karlijn is always available for questions and very helpful. I was already allowed to be a guest in the accommodation "Sandy" for the third time, just beautiful!Also for children who love nature, it is really a wonderful opportunity to let off and enjoy!Thanks for the great time!

Great and comfortabel place beautifully decorated fully matching the description and photos. Very easy to communicate with the hosts who are very responsive. Hosts asked us if we would like some Christmas decoration as we stayed here over Christmas period which was very appreciated. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place to relax, very nice surroundings! You walk out the gate and have all kinds of beautiful hiking trails to go...Plenty and more... to experience in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, we really enjoyed the peace, the silence and the privacy that is offered here. Spotted all kinds of birds in the garden while enjoying a drink; Flemish jigsaws, robins, finches, goats and even 3 black with white colored squirrels that we have never seen in the Netherlands, this was a welcome extra during breakfast on our last day. In short, really a lovely cottage where we thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed there for 3 nights, as far as we were concerned, far too short. The house itself is just a home where you can enjoy a lovely hot tub undisturbed, a hot tub and if the weather allows it a beautifully landscaped swimming pool outside. We took really beautiful walks, the gardens in Arcen we had already been but stay beautiful. So all praise !!

We liked our stay with Michiel and Merel! It is a beautiful cottage, very nice surroundings and also the contact was very nice. Quick response, good tips in terms of sights and surroundings. The cottage was clean, everything you need is present. We will definitely go back to this accommodation again because we love peace and nature and can enjoy hiking there with our labrador, and of course the nice contact with Michiel and Merel.

Wonderful place that lives up to its name. Very nice hostess/host. Always there for you. Easy contact and open to chat. Furthermore, a beautiful environment for cycling and walking.

It was a very nice weekend at Wagma and her little wellness oasis. Unfortunately, we were there in the spring there was not much or no foliage on the trees, in the summer the small garden is separated and can hardly be seen at all, certainly very nice to look at and the trees give the necessary shade. For us, the highlight was the hot tub, it took until it was warm enough, but Wagma explained everything to us beforehand. The bed accommodation is less than 10 m next to the wellness or kitchens and living room area. There are two rooms with one double bed each, everything is clean and we slept well. All in all, we only had the essentials and the place wasn't much to distract, so it was a relaxing weekend. Good, if you arrive by car, you can drive from the accommodation to Breda about 20 minutes and from there by train again about 20 minutes to Rotterdam. In sprang capelle you can do very nice bike rides.

We had a lovely stay at Simone's cottage. Everything was also really as it was in the listing. No wifi, no TV. It was really relaxing. The cottage is in the woods, the only thing you hear were the birds. What I had to get used to was that you have to make coffee by hand. But yes, that doesn't really matter, because we were free and didn't have to do anything that really needed. We hope to be welcome in this cottage again.

What more to say than thank you for so very warm welcoming. It was a gift staying at your place and enjoying hot tub, private atmosphere, your helping hand at all the time. It felt like coming home. simply great.

Anna's house is a gem! It all looks exactly like the photos and my fiancé and I had a wonderful time there. Everything was very lovingly prepared when we arrived, chocolate and sparkling wine were already waiting for us. The facility is simply fantastic and the two cattle are incredibly cute and curious. We will be happy to come back!

I can't say anything bad about this accommodation. It matches exactly the description and the photo's. Such a nice place to stay, it's built with a lot of love and high quality materials. I would love to come back one day!

Exceptional stay, for my first time in the Netherlands, the chalet was great and perfectly fill this good stay. Air conditioning in the main room, equipped kitchen, clean bedrooms, radiators in all rooms,… The location is great, soothing landscape. The walking routes to the city center were worth it, it was beautiful to see. Thanks again for our stay.

A really wonderful yard. Whether horse, chicken or cat all seemed happy and that makes a good mood. Highly recommended with children. All people were very friendly , sparkling clean and private accommodation. Perfect for unplugging! The nearest steakhouse about 2 min and the village with shopping and dining in less than 10 min by car. We booked again right away. Thank you again and keep it up!
