The building was designed by Professor Kim Dong-hoon of the Graduate School of Architecture, Hongik University. Hadolian consists of four buildings. Stay 2, Cafe 1, and the main house 1 where the owner couple lives. Each is a separate space.

Stay Haerang is a small and beautiful accommodation located at the entrance of Ojo-gu. The spacious and green lawn carefully maintained by the host and the view of Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak from inside and outside the property are the highlights. The interior is neat and stylish, and it has all the amenities for 4 people to stay.
