The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this spacious and quiet home is just the thing. The apartment is on the 1st floor, where I live on the ground floor. The apartment contains 2 good large bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen and an older retro bathroom. The tenant has the entire first floor to himself with his own entrance. Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025.
