Fantastic location 200m from the ferry dock, it makes it easy for guests to navigate and quick to get to the property itself. The house is fenced with high, stone, walls that guarantee complete privacy. Thertle is full of Mediterranean plants with a children's playground. In the immediate vicinity there are all the necessary amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, butcher shop, fish market, sports field,bakery).

This beautiful apartment is located on the ground floor of Villa Matea. It consists of three rooms: two rooms have a double bed, and one room has two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, the dining room is connected to the living room, and there is access to the terrace. In the courtyard, there is a 45-square-metre swimming pool and a summer kitchen that guests can use. Likewise, deck chairs and parasols are free of charge, and guests are welcome to use them. The entire property is fenced.

Our holiday home is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On our property, there are two houses (Jardin and Romarin) that share parking, garden with pool, jacuzzi and sauna during summer. Out of the season (from 15.9 till 1.6) you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.
