I spend 2 nights in Akyaka at Tubas appartment. And I think the most special about the appartment is Tuba herself. She is such a nice and smart person and a really helpful host with good recommendations for food and drinks. She also helped me to plan my trip from the Airport Dalaman (Shuttle busses+ Taxi, quite easy and cheap) and made me feel like home from first moment - and also safe as I was traveling alone. The appartment itself is clean and welcoming, with a really comfortable bed. Its in a good and quite location about 15min walking distance to the beach and with restaurants and supermarkets around. The included kitchen has all basics, but I would not recommend it as an appartement for a longer vacation in which you want to spend lot of time in the appartement and prepare most meals by yourself. I would definitely recommend it for shorter stays as it is a really cosy place with a super host and therefore a good experience. Thanks a lot :) Appartement clean and welcoming, comfo

We had the pleasure of spending two nights in this wonderful house in the mountains and it was simply fantastic! The cleanliness of the house was remarkable. Everything was spotless and very welcoming which made our stay even more enjoyable. Special praise goes to the hosts – their kindness was amazing! They welcomed us warmly and were there for us with help and advice. You can tell they really care about the well-being of their guests. The house itself is a true paradise. The spectacular views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking. Our kids loved the great pool which was perfect for relaxing and playing. Unfortunately, we only stayed here for two nights, but we felt so comfortable that we definitely want to come back. This place is highly recommended – a place where you can make unforgettable memories!

It was a wonderful head holiday with nature. Me and my wife are a couple who love nature, so this holiday was so nice to us in spirit and body. It was great to have breakfast with natural fresh eggs from the poultry house in the morning. The host's local coffee treat made us feel very special. Daily cleaning of the pool was very good in terms of hygiene. The size of the garden and the fact that the pool is not visible from the outside and the garden is not visible from the outside took note from us in its natural environment. The house has a very suitable structure among families with children. It's definitely a business we can choose when we have kids. Host provided instant dessert whenever we called very polite communication. Thanks again to him for his attention. We were very satisfied with all the sea restaurant cafe recommendations related to the environment. In the meantime, the kitchen utensils were more than enough and spotless. There's no need to eat outside, you might say. Thanks to this holiday, where we felt very special, we engraved the zemheri villa in our memory as our 2nd house. We look forward to the next holiday. The atmosphere was perfect, we really enjoyed the pool night lighting swing and garden. Located in a village, 20 minutes to Akyakaya on a neat road by car. Gill and his wife Mark were very friendly and welcoming 😊

Eren Bey's house is a very ideal and very convenient house for crowded groups. Location is in a very good location. She was also very helpful and we would like to thank you again If a coffee machine is put in the kitchen, the house can reach perfect ☺️

We stayed with my family between August 4-6, Ms. Yaren and her family made us feel very good, believe us, we would have stayed more if there had been an empty date, we were very sorry for this, we wish we could have stayed longer as a family, book you a recommendation from me for the winter because there is a lot of demand, I sincerely tell you, it is not enough for two or three days to be full, our taste is in our palate, the house was magnificent, very peaceful, and they were very warm. We have had a very enjoyable 3 days. It had everything you could need in a home, it was clean and well-maintained. The location of the house was very easy to find by car and within walking distance to the Azmak river, and we were able to have a quiet holiday because it was isolated from the surroundings. I recommend it with peace of mind.

The design and comfort of the house were beautiful, a very ideal stay for large groups. Mr. Vural met us at the door and briefly introduced us to the house and quickly answered our questions afterwards and supported us. It's in a very ideal location if you're looking for an isolated and peaceful.

The location of the house was 5 minutes drive to Akyakaya, everything was very nice. We went with our 5 groups of friends to spend the New Year there, we enjoyed it a lot and were satisfied. The beds were very clean

The villa was exactly as described in the pictures—truly amazing! We were a group of 5 adults and 3 kids, and we felt completely at home. The villa spans three floors and had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate our family. The pool was a big plus, and the villa is nestled among beautiful olive trees with stunning mountain views. It was easy to find and just a 10-minute drive from downtown Köyceğiz. Iraz was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. I would give this place a 10 out of 10 and will definitely be coming back!

Tüge and Yusuf are hosts you couldn't wish for better. I communicated with Tüge via WhatsApp, and I was able to speak briefly with her husband from car to car. Both are super friendly and always have a tip ready. Clearly, I'd love to come back :) Yeah, thank you, both of you.
