Thank you Mr. Fatih and his family. They were very helpful with all the needs and demands. The house was as seen and described in the pictures. Clean and tidy . We didn't have a problem. Check the area on pre-booking maps, plan accordingly . Quiet and ideal choice for a stay in your home!

It was a wonderful head holiday with nature. Me and my wife are a couple who love nature, so this holiday was so nice to us in spirit and body. It was great to have breakfast with natural fresh eggs from the poultry house in the morning. The host's local coffee treat made us feel very special. Daily cleaning of the pool was very good in terms of hygiene. The size of the garden and the fact that the pool is not visible from the outside and the garden is not visible from the outside took note from us in its natural environment. The house has a very suitable structure among families with children. It's definitely a business we can choose when we have kids. Host provided instant dessert whenever we called very polite communication. Thanks again to him for his attention. We were very satisfied with all the sea restaurant cafe recommendations related to the environment. In the meantime, the kitchen utensils were more than enough and spotless. There's no need to eat outside, you might say. Thanks to this holiday, where we felt very special, we engraved the zemheri villa in our memory as our 2nd house. We look forward to the next holiday. Our stay at Pomegranate Garden Villas was very enjoyable. The property consists of three houses with a large garden surrounded by pomegranate trees. We stayed there for 4 days as a group of 12 adults, and we found everything we needed at hand. The ambiance was super relaxing, and our rooms were very comfortable. Beddings, bath towels, beach towels, board games, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, and everything else you might need during your stay were all provided generously. However, I believe there's a serious mosquito problem. This issue may not be specific to the property, I guess it's a common problem for the whole Dalyan area. Yet, maybe Helena can take some precautions about it because we each had 20-30 mosquito bites, and one of our friends had to take allergy medication due to a mosquito allergy. There are 2 beautiful pools in the garden, but again, there were a lot of mosquitoes and insects in the pool. We still enjoyed the pools a lot though.

We had a great stay the villa, it’s in a great location easy to walk to shops and restaurants and far enough to feel private. The pool is great!

Property is new and clean. Each room has air conditioner. 5-10 min walk from the shops, bars restaurants and pier. Two Wi-Fi networks (one pw one without pw). Peaceful and quiet place. Very helpful property manager (called Ozgur). Large swimming pool which was checked regularly in the morning. GF bedroom ideal for people with mobility issue (like my mother). I highly recommend the place.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Dalian, Turkey. The villa is modern, spacious, and features a stunning private swimming pool—perfect for relaxing in a peaceful setting. What makes this location truly special is its proximity to remarkable historical landmarks, including the ancient Lycian rock tombs just across the nearby Dalyan River. While the villa itself is contemporary, being so close to these impressive 2,000-year-old tombs and surrounded by natural beauty made the experience unforgettable. The serene river views and the chance to explore the fascinating archaeological sites nearby added a unique cultural dimension to my holiday. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a comfortable stay with easy access to history, nature and boat trips.

Villa Lale is stunning - much more beautiful than in the pictures. The view is breathtaking, the crickets are the only noise for miles around! The real stars of the show were Sedat and Ingrid. Unfailingly thoughtful, kind and they turned it into a holiday that was better than a five star hotel with their concierge style help. The ping pong and pool were a huge hit with the kids, as was the trampoline. We fitted 9 comfortably and you could have had more and still felt there was space, especially outside. Helen was fabulous in communication and always helpful. Just go!

We stayed as a large family. It was a comfortable stay for us. It was very comfortable with every room having air conditioning and a bathroom. It was close to the center. I recommend it for those who want to stay in Dalyan.

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Ali for hosting. The house was as it appeared in the photos, it was spotless and had more than all the equipment we could need, it was clean and new. Mr. Ali also shared all the usage information about the house before the stay. The place was peaceful in the woods. It was very easy to get to the bays and attractions around by car. It was a pleasant holiday for us, I recommend you to experience it ✌️

The villa is very modern spacious and a lovely space to spend time. The pool area is peaceful and has a wonderful view. We had a toddler who loved the garden and play area. The beds were comfortable and the whole villa was very clean. We enjoyed using the bbq and outdoor eating area. We would definitely visit again. Tolga was also very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

Very lovely and cozy house , cute garden and pool , our family really enjoyed it. House is very clean and clutter free. Mr. Tahsin Was very friendly gave us great recommendations, be sure to ask him for beach recommendations, but you will need a car, you can reach beaches , market , Akyaka and so on in 15 - 30 min depending on place. Nearby village have bakery, grocery , vegetable market to get all necessary items. Thank you for hosting us, look forward to visit again.

Eren Bey's house is a very ideal and very convenient house for crowded groups. Location is in a very good location. She was also very helpful and we would like to thank you again If a coffee machine is put in the kitchen, the house can reach perfect ☺️

We stayed with my family between August 4-6, Ms. Yaren and her family made us feel very good, believe us, we would have stayed more if there had been an empty date, we were very sorry for this, we wish we could have stayed longer as a family, book you a recommendation from me for the winter because there is a lot of demand, I sincerely tell you, it is not enough for two or three days to be full, our taste is in our palate, the house was magnificent, very peaceful, and they were very warm.
