The apartment is just perfect and when in Woo it is a responsive person, very vigilant, who did not hesitate to book us a taxi to the train station because we were struggling to do it. The view of Busan Gwangan Bridge at a glance was really overwhelming. Even in the accommodation, while walking, the Gwangan Bridge is fantastic, so every moment was picturesque. Especially at night, the lights on the bridge sparkled and the night view that was created was really fascinating. It was beautiful in the photos, but the moment I saw it with my own eyes was indescribable. The transportation was also convenient, so it was easy to get to Gwangalli Beach, restaurants, and cafes, and thanks to that, I was really relaxed and happy every day. The amenities were also close, so I was able to stay without any inconvenience, and the quiet and lively atmosphere was great. It was so precious to take a walk while looking at the sea, or watching the night view while having a cup of coffee at the accommodation. If I visit Busan again, it was such a satisfying time that I would definitely want to come back here.

Easy explanation about location, how to enter the building. Room was ready on time. Nice view from the apartment as like in photos.

Very well located next to the metro and bus lines. Suitable walking distance instead and very nice sea view. Comfortable bed

She is very friendly and accomodating. We have not encountered any problem with her accommodations. It is excellent and clean.

It was good for families to use.

I visited for 1 night for 13 people on Friday, 25.04.18 -19 Fri. The duvet and pillows were all sufficient and large enough for 13 people. I was also satisfied with the karaoke machine and the fact that it was a private house. I'm willing to revisit!

The host's thoughtful consideration was shown everywhere, and I was so satisfied with the cozy atmosphere and various amenities. I'm willing to revisit unconditionally:)

I spent 3 nights and 4 days on a business trip The house is really pretty just like the pictures. It was more spacious than I thought, so there was no inconvenience to stay. I think I'll have a lot of business trips to Ulsan in the future. I need to settle in now! Thank you for being so kind and clean!

Great location to beach—on the water. Great restaurants. 5/10 minute walk to subway. 5 minute walk to buses. Awesome area getting around all of Busan! Will be staying again.

Our stay here was wonderful. It is a great space for traveling with a group. Kris was very responsive and even met us outside of the building to help us find the apartment we were staying in. There was so much to do within walking distance and it was an easy walk to the metro station for activities that were further away. We would definitely recommend staying here 😊

It's the sea view as shown in the picture. The facilities are clean and secluded.It's a great place to stay quietly. I also ate good ramen and sun half. It's also good for sightseeing around.

10/10 would recommend - PLEASE stay here the next time you’re in Busan!! The entire home is even better than the photos show. The space itself is huge and perfect for a group! We loved the layout and separation between the master and the second and third bedrooms. This gave each person their own space and privacy, with a great communal living room to spend time together. Everything was pristine and clean. The other huge plus is the view and building! It’s ultra modern and as described each room has an incredible view of Haeundae Beach. We originally had more plans on our itinerary but loved the views so much we spent a good amount of time in the home. The location is perfect if you want to explore the beach and just steps away from the Mipo station to take the sky capsule. And lastly the host Eric was kind and extremely responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed for check-in and responded to all my questions within minutes. We’d love to stay here again! Thank you Eric!

It felt like we found a home in Busan. Super nice and clean apartment.. with the ocean view. I also loved the free water and coffee! And the music that welcomed us as we enter the apartment. :) Martin and Kate were the best hosts I have encountered with. Martin even gave us a free tour in Busan. He brought us to many places that we didn't know existed haha and made us eat local food. Had the best time in Busan because of them. And we can't wait to go back and will surely book this apartment again and again :) :) :)

Because of the snow, the amount was close to 600,000 won, It was an accommodation where my family was so satisfied. It was spacious and comfortable
