From the whole house, there is the most beautiful 180-degree view of the Little Belt. Around the house, there is a lawn and 2 terraces, with garden furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. From the house, it is a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Just past the house, the Alsstien also passes, which is a marked hiking route along the coast and through forests on the island of Als.

And the location also offers a good starting point for further discovery tours in Schleswig-Holstein. In the village you can walk to a bakery and EDEKA market. In the area there are numerous restaurants and cafes.

The apartment is centrally located right next to the Treenetal nature reserve and centrally between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the summer at Stokkebygård in our beautiful cottage with the spacious and lovely garden.  There is a nice kitchen with a dishwasher, a spacious bathroom and two bedrooms. On Ærø, you can relax in the most beautiful nature. There are many opportunities for hiking, biking or swimming. The Øhavs trail passes by the house. There is also one of the best golf courses in Europe on Skjoldnæs, only about 15 minutes' drive from the farm.
