The apartment is located in its own separate part of the house, with its own entrance on the upper side of the house, and with its own exit to the rear of the house where it is about 50 meters down to the sea. You have access to the sea, but there is a fence around the house as there are sheep and grazing during the summer. There are also free-range hens around the house. Private seating outside on both sides of the apartment, and its own parking space. The kitchen has everything you need for regular cooking.

Large and nice apartment with a view

Large, spacious and family-friendly apartment. The photos are from when we bought in 2023 and some furniture therefore deviates (info under the photos). Good and spacious space for several people. Good with parking spaces. The apartment is located up the hill from the city center, which gives a fantastic view! Short way to great hiking areas and Ulstein Arena which has both a library, climbing hall and swimming pool. A little drive away you can experience the fulgefjellet Runde, the Sunnmøre Alps and more.

You can relax in the garden enjoying a good book while wayching the sunset, or make use of «mountain-in/mountain-out» at, for example, Roppehornet or surf the great waves on the well-known surfing beach out here! Self-check in. No smoking! Partying unwanted. Central with easy access to everything. 10 min walk to the city center with all amenities. 1 min walk to lovely beach. Nice and easily accessible hiking opportunities along the road, on the sea and to the mountains. Peaceful and private location. Large farm with good parking. 35 min travel time to Ålesund. 40 min drive to Runde, with a hike or boat trip to the bird mountain. 40min to Sunnmørsalpane, summit tour-eldorado. 1h20min to Airport.

With a spacious outdoor area and a charming boathouse along the lake, it offers the perfect setting for relaxation and adventure! There are options for kayaking, boat with motor and e-bike tours by further arrangement. At the boathouse, there are good bathing conditions and opportunities for fishing. Charger for car is installed

Coastal cabins

Log cabins of 60 m2 located close to the seafront. You can rent one or two cabins as needed. Every cabin included: Two bedrooms with two free standing beds, living room with sofa group and TV. The kitchen is the own room with all necessary equipment, also a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower cabin and toilet. Terrace with outdoor furniture. We also have a shared laundry room that can be used upon agreement. With possibility of boat rental.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, centrally located in Ulsteinvik. From here it is a short distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. There is very little noise from the street. The hiking trails nearby, take you on a snowy journey up most mountains. The apartment is located high, which provides good daylight and views of the surrounding area.
