We were lucky to find these owners and this place! Sandra and her husband are very helpful and friendly! the apartment is very clean and spacious, has everything you need for living! You can walk to the city center in 15-20 minutes. 10-15 minutes to the bus station. I recommend this place, you won't regret it!

Grateful to Marisol, she makes you feel like family. She had the great gesture of picking us up at the bus station. She gave us information about places to shop and eat. I arranged a stay elsewhere after our visit to Gray Glacier. I highly recommend it, I will come back and I will definitely stay here...

I stayed at Marisols place upon return from my trek. She was extremely responsive upon my arrival to let us in. Her home was pristine condition and had everything we needed. She was so kind and was extremely helpful. Would recommend her place 1000 times over.

Victor was an amazing host! He was quick to respond, even brought us to the bus terminal to help us buy our hiking tickets and dropped us off at a downtown restaurant. Her parents are cute and kind and they have a beautiful dog who lives outside but can be flattered if you want. It felt like home and with a beautiful family. Plus, they agreed to keep our bags while we did the W trek, so they really do everything and more! Finally, the accommodation is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it, you won't have a better service!

[Location 5/5] -8-minute walk from the bus terminal. -Fruit, vegetable shop next door. -The large market is a 5-minute walk away. -10 minutes walk from Puerto Natales Central. [Facility 5/5] -Clean and perfect kitchen -Hot water, water pressure is hot enough to come out well -The drainage of the shower room is a bit of a pity. -The heating is good, so the laundry dries quickly on the first floor. The first floor is warm, but the second floor can be cold.

The family is so sweet and the perfect host. Everything was clean and there was a great kitchen. The shower was nice and hot and had perfect pressure. We will definitely come again.

Patricia and Hector were extremely kind hosts and their home is beautiful. We loved the generosity of breakfast included and also the chance to have conversations together during breakfast. The house is very close to the waterfront and this was wonderful with incredible sunsets and view.

We had an amazing stay at the Pool House! The house itself is very well laid out, beautifully furnished and very clean. The views from the living room and kitchen are spectacular. The pool is warm and very clean… my kids loved swimming in there. The property is situated about 3km from the centre of Puerto Natales. There is a walking path along the main road, which is next to the waterway. You can also drive into town and there is ample parking. Overall, a great base to explore Puerto Natales and surrounds.

The Grey House is nicely appointed and tastefully. It makes one feel at home and there is no need to communicate with Francisca. If I have to go back to Natales no doubt I will return to Francisca. The experience of the 5 we stayed was excellent.

This place is a great location and it was easy to get in and out. Watch your head! Ceilings are low.

We decided to stay with Miguel and Angela after reading all the excellent reviews and they only exceeded our expectations! They are both such kind and welcoming people that you feel at home instantly. We had many great chats with Miguel especially, long into the night and we learnt so much about the history and culture of Chile and South America in general. We also made great friends with all their pets, especially Cleo, Lulo, Alwyn and Gordo. We’d definitely recommend Miguel and Angela’s place for a very comfortable and homely stay!
