With rapidly changing weather boats or jet skis can’t be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with a large deck, small side yard and a new balcony overlooking the water. You’ll be near many of the famous Seneca trail wineries & breweries. Lodi Point State Marine Park is 13min walk with a beach and playgrounds. Watkins Glen is about a 25min drive. Lots to see, do or relax:)

Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.
