Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Ümraniye

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! our stay was nice. The location of the house was in a very good place, we had easy access to many places. The house was clean and convenient. Mr. Baris took care of us and was very friendly. We would definitely prefer to stay here again and again if it is available without looking elsewhere on our Istanbul trips.

The apartment was perfect– spacious, clean, and well-located. We were pleasantly surprised by the Rasimpaşa neighborhood. It has a local feel, with tons of good coffee shops, restaurants, and vintage stores. It's a short walk to the ferry, making it easy to explore other parts of Istanbul. It's also near the heart of Moda-Kadıköy which has, without a doubt, the best restaurants in the city. Highly recommend! Hakan was also a great host. We had to alter our reservation last minute and he was really understanding. I'd love to stay here again.

The house is spacious (two bedrooms and a living room) and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden and the cozy winter lounge are great spots to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, just two metro stops away from the Bosphorus shore (Üsküdar). From there, you can easily get anywhere in Istanbul by metro, bus, or ferry. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and some are open all night.

The accommodation was absolutely perfect – everything you could need was provided. It was spacious yet cozy, spotlessly clean, and very well-maintained. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. Our host, Zeynep, was incredibly friendly and service-minded. She responded immediately to any questions we had, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this place and would be more than happy to come back again! Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.
