Lulu’s Little Farmhouse- A mini livestock farm

Make memories at this unique little farmhouse . Features include 2 bedrooms. King size bed and fireplace in BR1 . Queen bed and fireplace in BR2 . This property is part of a working mini breed livestock and alpaca farm . Our residents include mini donkeys, alpacas, mini cows, and dwarf goats . You can view and feed them . There is also a fire pit and large picnic table . You will definitely want to relax outside and watch the beautiful sunset in Elko . Located 5 min from Perry Fairgrounds.

The Guest House

The Guest House is a primitive cottage and resides on 400 acres outside of Barnesville, Georgia. Bunn Ranch is a working cattle and sheep farm. This space is a two story primitive cottage with primitive artwork and a claw foot tub. Sit in your choice of antique rockers that have been collected over the years. The floors and stairs were salvaged from an old home that was here on the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and close to town, come enjoy some time for YOU! We will consider STR students.

"Shaka Laka" Guest House and Ranch

Come feel the magic of our renovated country guest house. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a full kitchen, dining & living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom sleeps 3 with a twin XL bunk bed and a separate twin XL bed. The master bath has a luxurious walk-in curbless shower & double vanity. The house is down a private drive after going through a security gate. Guests have use of our private in-ground pool (pools open) BBQ, fire pit, 40 acres, and 2 fishing ponds.

Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

This three bedroom home is a peaceful, simple, basic, and comfortable place to stay. Nothing fancy. Light and airy with an open floor plan. The master bedroom is separate from the other two for plenty of privacy. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each. There are two large couches in the living room. There is no Wifi or Cable or TV. Cellular data coverage is great.
