Park your car in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here. 60m2 house had been built in a traditional manner but completely refurbished in 2019 for a modern and comfortable stay. The perfect holiday place!

Our home is a halfway between Pula and Kamenjak i.e. 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! Small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio with independent entrance is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and 15 min. walk to the nearest seashore. You'll have a cute terrace with the front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi and complete linen. Dear guests, Holiday house "Annamaria" of 70 m2 is located in one of the most beautiful bays on the island of Losinj, named "Lučica". Surrounded by fragrant healing plants, it is a perfect place of peace and quiet. The parking place is located 50 m from the house, and the house is located in first row to the sea, only 20 m away. The unlimited internet, TV, air conditioning and hot water, as well as other surprises of the hosts are included to our offer. Welcome!

Our lovely two bedroom apartment with terrace is renovated in rustic island style. Beautiful nature, supreme air and sea quality with healing properties,mild Mediterranean climate with more than 200 days of sunshine annualy, rich biodiversity, arroud 600 hundred various plant species on Unije makes this island worth a visit. Island can be reached from Rijeka, Mali Losinj, Pula or Zadar with regular ship lines (Jadrolinija, Catamaran line) or small aircrafts.

The house Casa di Campagna is located in a quiet private property surrounded by mediterranean landscape with its herbs and scents. There are no other buildings or roads nearby so you can only hear the birds singing and find the peace lost in everyday life. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and an additional bed, a room with a sofa bed, bathroom, spacious kitchen and dining area connected with terrace and covered grill/barbecue, private parking.

The apartment Olivas is situated in the centre of the charming village of Unije,j just 1 minute walk away from the beach and a 2 minute walk to the little local grocery shop, a bakery and the local restaurant. Apartment Oliva has its own entrance and terrace on the ground floor with a summer kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is a little kitchen and a little toilet. On the second flooor there are two bedrooms. .

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
