We are only 6 miles to Food City and Dollar General in Maynardville and 30 minutes to downtown Knoxville

Enjoy your private 2.4 acres on a secluded cove (seasonal water*) with a 10 ft by 20 ft dock/swim platform. With the cove being so quiet it is great for swimming, using the peddle boat or the two kayaks provided with the home. Additionally, Deerfield Resorts has a golf coarse, pool, playground, volleyball and tennis court, and restaurant located in the marina.

Water taxi available through the marina for an additional fee paid directly to the marina. This place is very popular with kayakers! The surrounding water is inside of a no wake zone. This place is literally floating on the water! No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.
