Sunset Cottage is cleaned in compliance with CDC COVID-19 Lodging cleaning standards before you vacation there. Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Host next door has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, guineas (1 pair regularly visits/patrols the guesthouse yard), a goose, and a couple of dogs. Enjoy your own private cottage with all your essentials; You also have access to the property's hot tub and 1 acre pond stocked with catfish, blue gill, and bass! The cottage has a 1 queen size bed and a mattress in the loft . Please note: we do live on this property and the cottage is next to our main house. We have friendly outdoor cats they do freely roam the property.
