Friendly contacts exist with the winegrowing families from Meddersheim and with the top wineries Emrich-Schönleber in Monzingen and Dönnhoff in Oberhausen. The wine refrigerator is always well-stocked and wine tastings can be arranged individually.

In der 75qm-Wohnung gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Babybett und einen großen Wohnraum mit offener, voll ausgestatteter Küche. Das moderne Badezimmer hat eine ebenerdige Dusche mit Wandheizung.
