The apartment offered is on the upper floor of a detached house in Schwienau, near Uelzen, Hundertwasser train station, Heide Park Soltau, Lüneburg and Hamburg are easily accessible. An open staircase leads to a kitchen with seating, a living room with sofa bed, Wi-Fi and TV, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. This total of 44 m² was newly renovated in 2021. Bathrooms with shower tub are available for up to 3 guests. A washing machine and dryer can be used.

Other attractions such as the Filmtierpark in Eschede and the Otterzentrum in Hankensbüttel are in the immediate vicinity.

The large driveway may be used for parking. The city center is about 3 km away. In Vorwerk there is a Dicounter, a Polish specialty store, a stationery store and a bicycle store. There is a Greek restaurant. Everything is within 10 minutes' walking distance.
