The bright and well-kept 45 m² non-smoking apartment for 2 people is located on the first floor of our house. Our large, certified natural garden invites you to relax. The edge of the forest and the starting point "Wanderbares Deutschland" are just a few minutes' walk away and the adventure playground for the little ones is also just 100 m away.

Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

All in nature, with lots of wood, a cozy cuddly spot, an ideal retreat for one person or for two. The shower is in a separate bathtub with sink, compost toilet and shower.

Welcome to our cozy tiny house nestled in nature! Enjoy peace and comfort. The house features a large double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a composting toilet, and a warm shower. A wood stove provides a pleasant warmth. On request, we offer activities on our farm and in our adventure barn: pony rides, donkey & alpaca walks, cuddling with rabbits, and visits to our free-range pigs, goats, and sheep. Our sauna can also be rented upon request.

The holiday apartment is a approx. 40 square meter 1-room apartment with furnished kitchenette and dining table; 3 sleeping places and a pull-out couch; bathroom with tub; TV and WiFi; incl. Bed linens and towels. Non-smoking rooms. BBQ area at the house. Parking is available in front of the house. The rooms have been newly renovated. The building's exterior facade is currently uncleaned. We apologize for this.

Our place is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideal for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away. This charming cottage is located in the most beautiful place in Franconian Switzerland, the picturesque Egloffstein. It is more than 100 years old and has been restored with a lot of love to the smallest detail according to historical models. A romantic place to find peace, security and relaxation. It is located in the middle of a large, fairytale garden that invites you to linger.
