Adam was responsive, helpful and willing to go out of his way to help us. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed as a family. Fully functioning kitchen was also helpful. Highly recommended and we will be staying again!

Lovely place very clean , it is a hill up to it if you have anyone elderly just be mindful car park was grand across the road you have to pay between us all it wasn't much and it's free in the evening till morning , everything was in the house hair dryers etc and everything is spotless great hosts

We had a lovely stay, wish we could stay longer! Brixham is beautiful and so much to do, and the accommodation was perfectly situated, comfortable and full of character. Would recommend the Dartmouth Steam Railway, a trip to Totnes, the river cruise to Dartmouth, a walk around Berry Head or for the hardier walker the trail to Greenway and back. And for early risers it’s great to see a working fishing port in action. The harbour is so pretty at night, with lots of choices for fish n chips.

This is the place to stay if you want peace and quiet, privacy, with a high standard of accommodation. The cabin was extremely well equipped, with great facilities. It felt like a home from home and had everything we required. The hot tub was perfect and we made full use of it whilst here. We loved all the “American ranch” touches at Chris & Jan’s place. We’d certainly look to stay here again, or in one of their other properties when back in Cornwall. Thank you for having us!

This place is definitely something special. It is the nicest, most comfortable place, I have stayed in on Air B@B . I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The location is beautiful, the interiors are done to such a high standard and the hosts are brilliant. Could not recommend this place highly enough. Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

A superb location and a great place to stay. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean and only a few steps away from food shops. David was very helpful and friendly and we would happily return for another holiday.
