On the ground floor is the living room with cozy sofa corner for relaxing, a south-facing terrace with sun protection and sun loungers. In the kitchen, in addition to the usual equipment with stove, oven and refrigerator, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine. Upstairs are the bedroom and bathroom with shower. The house has no direct neighbors, so nice evenings in the securely fenced garden are guaranteed. Children and dogs can play in peace.

Dear guests, We are happy to welcome you to our beautiful Emil vacation home. We have furnished the house with a lot of love for detail and hope that you feel just as comfortable here as we do. Right on a beautiful lake, in a rural location of Großsander, is our loving & high-quality equipped first floor apartment! You have a beautiful view of the lake from all the rooms. At the lake, just lie down, sit, walk, swim, ride a pedal boat or fish during the season, etc... a lot is possible! We are located in a "two-wheel" friendly region!
