Although a small piece outside the center, you are with the trolleybus (15-minute intervals) within 15 minutes (without changing) in the middle of the old town or center of Salzburg. The exhibition center and the Salzburg Arena are only 1 km from the apartment.

50m from the lake shore is the "Sonnwirtstöckl", a converted, old Zuhäusl, oriented to the south and to the lake, located in a quiet and sunny location in St.Gilgen with public bathing place directly on site. The attic of this guest house was converted into a special, large 104m² apartment: open old visible wooden construction, a spacious living-dining area with glass front to the veranda, topped by fantastic views of the lake and the mountains.
