Our group of grandparents (visiting from Canada), parents and 2 children aged 6 and 2 enjoyed our Easter weekend stay. The kitchen was well equipped for all our food prep; bedrooms were comfortable, spacious and clean; there were DVDs of cartoons that the adults all remember, as well as some movies. The adults enjoyed playing table tennis, and the sleepout was a good place to store bicycles. Proximity to the excellent playground, the beach and the estuary were big pluses. The enclosed yard was also helpful for keeping the children safe. And wine and chocolates were a pleasant welcoming gift. Thanks so much for sharing your attractive and comfortable bach.

Blackbird is a thoroughly comfy cosy nest for settling in and making the most of what Martinborough has to offer. Just a block back from the central square, handy to everything yet quiet. Plenty of comfortable space to relax both inside and out in the lovely private garden with various seating options. As chefs we appreciated a sizeable, very well appointed and supplied kitchen and dining area. With the bedroom, bathroom and common area set up it creates a flexible set up for two couples travelling together, a group of singles or a family. Very much a comfy home away from home. We had a lovely stay at Anne's. The house was spotless and spacious, lots of places to sit and chat, both inside and outside. An easy walk into town for cafes. Great communication from Anne and easy check in. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay, quality linen responsive and flexible host we flew in early and she was happy with early check in, made a significant refund cause coffee machine wasn’t working such amazing service tidy house, excellent facilities and a very warm house would recommend.

Great house for two families, we enjoyed the hot tub, children loved the communal pool, tennis court and trampoline! It was a great way to visit an area that didn’t seem to have a huge amount for children to do.

We loved our stay in this quiet, cosy house. Great location and lots of space for everyone. We will be back.

Alexandra’s converted stables is a true gem. Of the many places I have stayed on Airbnb over ten years this is my favourite. The energy of the place is divine and a real spirit of generosity from the owners, so beautifully curated and everything you need. I was amazed to discover a great little desk built in with a monitor key board and mouse to plug in too so I could finish some work too, a DREAMY haven. Thank you having me 🤍

We are an extended family of 4 adults and 4 teenagers, three generations. The apartment offered great open spaces and bedrooms that made living together a pleasure. Smack in the middle of town, yet in a secluded precinct with a pub below, the whole experience is quintessential Wellington. The entrance takes you from the service entrance for the pub, up 36 (approx) stairs into a massive two floor apartment. Everything we needed was provided. Everything worked! Many thanks to Sue and Monique for providing a great option for a Wellington break. Like everything on offer, it won't be for everyone. For our whanau, it was ideal.

This apartment was so perfect for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the space, the location, and living as we used to in Central Wellington, a city we all love. Sally was a brilliant host. She made everything easy and seamless. We will use her services again when we return to Wellington. Sally provided a place that exceeded our expectations. we had an absolutely wonderful time and can't fault her. As a Wellington resident for 14 years who booked it for his parents while they were travelling I can't recommend this enough. Sally's apartment was perfect for our four night stay. Great location, which was surprisingly quiet at night for sleeping. Convenient parking spot right outside the front door. Beautifully furnished and spacious living area. Bedroom/ensuite comfortable with good space for luggage and good sized wardrobe. Washing machine and dryer were appreciated too. Would book again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. So easy to check in and we could make ourselves comfortable right away. The place was beautifully set up and was so nice and cosy. It was private and homey. We especially loved the decor and the wide selection books available for reading. I would definitely recommend this accommodation for a quiet and private stay if you are in the Wairarapa!

Great spot, clean tidy and as described would happily stay again

La Rocque Cottage in Martinborough is a lovely villa hosted by Megan, who was very friendly and responsive. The house itself was a good size for three adults and a puppy, plus it was clean, comfortable, and easy to heat on a chilly day. The propery is also fully fenced, which was great for our puppy. We had a lovely weekend away and recommend La Rocque Cottage for your next weekend away in Martinborough!

Amazing Amazing and Amazing! To wake up to this view was out of this world! Then having the awesome access to the beach. Everything you require is at the house….may be a little more expensive than some of the other Kapiti properties. But it is worth every penny! Thanks Julie and Kelly (the very helpful site Manager)

This place was fantastic – clean, well presented, and fully equipped with everything you need for a great social gathering. It had a welcoming vibe and made our stay super easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Such a great place to stay, perfect for our group. Lots of space, both as a large group but also breakout areas. Outdoors is stunning, great to wander around in the sun and fresh air, very quiet and peaceful - our dogs love it!! Well equipped throughout, kitchen had all the staples and plenty of serving ware for group meals, bedrooms were all fabulously set out, plenty of extra bedding and towels if needed. Lots of games to have fun with, plus the pool and tennis court. We had a blast, thank you for having us!!

Great location, handy to Botanic Gardens, local shops, central city and great access to motorway out of town and to airport. Drive on access with parking was very helpful. Sunny in the mornings and good heating when the weather turned cold. Kitchen very well supplied with everything that you need.

Nessa and Stefan were the besthosts! They made us feel welcome, comfortable as soon as we arrived. We actually took up an offer to stay in their beautiful home in Belmont as the Boulcott home was given to a couple who booked and needed to extend their stay. I highly recommend a stay with them or in their Boulcott property as they go out of their way to provide the perfect stay in immaculate and comfortable surroundings. Stefan’s coffee and home made honey and breakfast cereals were exceptional! A 10/10 stay with 10/10 hosts! Thank you for your hospitality and friendly conversations. All the best.

We had a fantastic stay! The hot tub was ready and warm on arrival, which is a rare treat as it’s often an extra cost and slow to heat up elsewhere. The house was clean, tidy, and spacious, with hotel-quality linen and towels that made it feel more like a boutique stay than someone else’s home. The location is perfect. An easy walk to the town square with a supermarket, cafés, restaurants, and a playground for the kids. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing family getaway. Check-in was seamless and communication with Tania was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay again!
