Very convenient for Cowdray Polo, Chichester & Goodwood festivals. The sandy beaches of The Witterings are only a 40 mins drive away. The village has a lovely pub & shop stocking local produce. Its sparkling clean & fresh & only a short walk from the forest or village store. (The local pub The Hollist will hopefully be open again soon). Perfectly located for activities at neighbouring Cowdray or Goodwood and the South Downs. Parking is available 50 yards from the house.
