The suite is located on the top floor and has two double bedrooms. This suite has a main entrance and a sliding door that can be operated from the inside. The suite has two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom is accessible from the living room. The kitchen is open to the dining-living room, which has a large table. The living room has a four-seater sofa with a chaise longue. The entire room has sweeping views of the Urdaibai estuary. The two bedrooms have skylights that provide overhead light and windows overlooking the surrounding forest and the estuary. To enjoy your stay, the two bedrooms lead to a space with sea views equipped with a kitchen, dining room and a living room that invites you to relax. The spectacular living room window has an extendable awning that protects it on very sunny days. Your living room has Wi-Fi and a 42-inch TV with Netflix and a wide range of sports channels. It has two bedrooms: one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with a bathroom outside the room. Both have large closets with an iron and ironing board. The kitchen has the following appliances: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven-microwave, induction hob with extractor fan and breakfast maker, as well as utensils for preparing meals. In addition, so that you can enjoy the spectacular views of the sea during your stay, your suite has a large terrace that surrounds it. It has an outdoor dining set and an armchair so that you can extend your evenings in this privileged setting. The garden, based on the native plants and trees of the Urdaibai marsh, follows a landscape design adapted to the terrain's orography. So, in any season of the year, we can delight in observing the plants corresponding to each season. You can also enjoy the general terrace, which has 4 sun loungers, a large umbrella, and an outdoor lounge set. There is also another terrace under a palm tree where you can relax. Adults Only, not allowing access to persons under 18 years of age, which is in keeping with the spirit of Bustin-Baso, which aims to provide guests with an adult environment that allows them to relax, helps couples find their space, and ensures tranquility. Pets are not allowed. Parties are also not allowed so as not to disturb the neighbours, which does not mean that guests cannot enjoy their stay.

This apartment is ideal for groups of 4 to 6 guests. We renovated it by reducing the number of bedrooms from 4 to 3. We created a large area where we joined the kitchen to the dining room, the living room and the terrace, which overlooks the chalets that are in front of the Plentzia estuary. The location, to spend a few days in Plentzia, is great. Next to the port, close to the beach, with the estuary in front and the old town behind. Although it has connections to Bilbao Centro and Getxo, thanks to the metro, its surroundings are the best.
