From the sauna you can jump into the lake, whose sandy bottom deepens gently. Good road to the house and good opportunities for outdoor activities, mushroom picking and berry picking in the environment. Barbecue canopy, 2 bicycles, 2 kayaks and a rowboat are also at your disposal.

One room apartmet. 1906 Built red brick warehouse building witch has been converted to 3 personnel apartments. Beside of Saimaan, around 600m to city center or Lappeenrannan harbour. Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.

The apartment has a shower, there is a limited amount of hot water, 15 liters, which is enough for one person to take a short shower at a time. The water heats up again in about half an hour.
