Vacation rentals with beach access in Uruçuca

The apartment is excellent, exactly as described and in the photos. The beach is beautiful, quiet and a few meters from the apartment. On the first day we had piriri, most likely because of the water. We were advised to buy the 20l gallon, but we suspected it was not potable mineral water, after switching to 1.5L market water, everything improved. We also had problems with the air-conditioning in one of the rooms, which caused a lot of discomfort.

Accommodation according to listing. Aldo responded whenever we need and was careful with us! Quiet and familiar place, for those looking to rest and stay away from unrest. It needs transportation to get to Ilhéus or Itacaré and have access to more sophisticated restaurants, since, next to the condominium, it has only very simple places, and no menu options. I suggest taking things to prepare your own meal and do not need to travel to eat. I also suggest, bring games, to occupy the evenings. The beach is beautiful, the sand appears to have mixed gold powder. We intend to come back more often!

Extremely comfortable, quiet and safe place!! The perfect mix between the sea and the forest, make the environment very calm and worthy for a wonderful rest. The location is great, inside the beach and very close to the village that has all the necessary services. The accommodation is simple, but it provides all the necessary as well, only the air-conditioning in one of the rooms was not working, but there was the ceiling fan to replace. Hosts are great, very friendly, and Helpful.

The house is clean, well located, with super-equipped kitchen, especially since it has the wonderful Gilma, which makes amazing Bahian foods and is a super nice company. The house is inside a condo, with others nearby. Hélida's house is the one with the best care garden, which maintains good visual privacy of the other houses. The condominium is standing on the sand.

New and large house. Planned to make the stay the most comfortable. Be careful in every detail (pool, umbrellas and chairs, furniture, bathroom finish, house safety) and also a lot of attention on the part of the housekeeper Bruno. The location is very good, at the same distance from Ilhéus and Itacaré, which you can enjoy the area if you are going to stay for many days. The local beach is very close to the house, has long strip of white sand and good sea for bathing.

The barbecue has a beautiful view of the sea, excellent for reuniting the family. The condominium is organized (24-hour guard, clean pool, clean common environments). For those who likes tranquility this region is paradise. It's not a region of hotels and stalls, it's houses and condominiums, so it's all very quiet. The village has no tent clutter, people with a sound box and turmoil. The sea is quiet and forms natural pools often at low tide, it is great to enjoy with children.

My stay was excellent, we had no problem, super organized and clean apartment, good decoration. Mr. Milton always available. The beach in front is great for bathing and hiking. My children loved it, we even added one day to our stay. However, you need to have a car to reach other beaches, restaurants and markets. Nothing too far away, 20 minutes is in the center of Serra Grande. The condominium itself needs painting and maintenance, but the apartment and the beach make up. I'll come back other times.
