The tiny house is not suitable for holidays with your dog.

The spacious 35m² two-bedroom "SwanSuites" apartment offers not only the utmost comfort but also stylish luxury. We have 3 apartments in a quiet location, overlooking the forest and meadows. They are only 600 m from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping facilities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 45 m² and has one bedroom, a kitchen-living room with dining area and sofa bed, shower room and a terrace with lounge furniture and lots of sun.

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

The vacation home Rosalie is a house built in 2015 on a beautiful garden plot of about 500 m². People who love nature and tranquility will feel comfortable here. The large living and dining room is south facing and well lit. The kitchen is very suitable for cooking. Bed and bath linens as well as kitchen towels are provided by the cleaning service for €20 per person, but you can also bring your own. A visitor's tax must be paid in addition.

Welcome to the tranquil village of Wietstock. The vacation home is located in an elaborately renovated brick house on our spacious courtyard with old trees. It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

FeWo Ostseeglück in Karlshagen, Usedom Island

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

The apartment is part of our house, but has separate access and its own small piece of garden.... You have your peace with us, we do live in the same house, but everything is physically separated from each other.... the village of Benz is perhaps not for people who only want to lie on the beach all day, but a wonderful starting point for tours all over the island. There are rare buses...
