Just 500m from the Szczecin Lagoon, this exceptional building awaits you. Built as a modern prefabricated house in the 1930s, it is now a monument. The oiled floorboards, with which part of the walls are also covered, have a beautiful patina and the antique tiled stoves as well as interesting equipment remind of the time when the sailmaker of the village felt comfortable here. In the sauna in the shepherd's car you can enjoy the silence of the garden and the noise of the 80-year-old Douglas fir trees.

We offer you a newly renovated and elegantly furnished 48 m² 2-room apartment in the attic. From the balcony you can enjoy the evening sun and have the best view of the old town of Ueckermünde and the boats of the marina. Towels, sheets and much more are included in the price. Our holiday home is near Greifswald. It is a 220 m² holiday home, directly on the water for max. 12 people. Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The tenants have access to a rowing boat and a sauna in the sauna house on site. We offer pure nature and tranquility, no traffic, the location on the water is unique. Our house is particularly suitable for families and groups.

The former Tagelöhnerkate has been lovingly renovated in 2019 The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered, the largely preserved brick and its thatched roof. The house ideally accommodates 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more persons in living room is possible. If this is not enough for you, you can visit the neighboring houses for friends and family (4 adults). + 2 children & 2 adults. + dog).

Ferienwohnung Möwe

My house is quiet and interesting right next to the dune forest. The beach is about 5 minutes walk through the forest. The house was built in 2002. A parking space is right by the house. We rent 2 apartments. Apartment Möwe is located on the upper floor and has a balcony with seating. The kitchen is as shown in the pictures, equipped with everything you need for cooking on holiday, only you need to shop yourself :)

Idyllic bungalow

The bungalow is modern and can accommodate 2 adults in the separate bedroom. The comfortable couch also offers a comfortable sleeping option. The kitchen is fully equipped. Washing machine and dryer can be used by the campsite operator for a fee. (Linens and towels are to be brought with you for hygienic reasons) The small terrace invites you to relax and enjoy cozy evenings outdoors.

Family holiday home on the Baltic Sea

From our house there are only a few hundred meters to the beach. The house has a lot of space on 100 m². There are many of Lubmin's typical pine trees on the property. To the south, the garden is very sunny and protected from the wind. The house is on the second line, so it is very quiet. Shopping is just a 5-minute walk away. Just as close is the large playground on the promenade.
