It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).
