This spacious, fixed houseboat in the first row offers you all the comfort of a modern, high-quality apartment with a sun terrace and roof terrace. The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

The apartment is part of our house, but has separate access and its own small piece of garden.... You have your peace with us, we do live in the same house, but everything is physically separated from each other.... the village of Benz is perhaps not for people who only want to lie on the beach all day, but a wonderful starting point for tours all over the island. There are rare buses...
