Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.

Our small guest house in the garden is also a small gallery, a bit of a large Tini house, and it was once a small stable, whose outer walls are also preserved, until almost 80 years ago. Since then, it has served as a guest residence. Inside, everything is very modern and has underfloor heating. It is very important to mention the loft bed, there is only one double loft bed to sleep in... if this is too difficult, you cannot be our guest...

A fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a stylish living area provide comfort. The bedroom with large double bed (180x200 cm) has a modern design and offers direct access to the daylight bathroom with walk-in shower. Dogs are very welcome.

It has a covered seat and a small terrace in the middle of a beautiful 10000m2 plot. Here is absolute tranquility, recreation and relaxation. The hotspots Binz is 20 min and the city of Bergen is only 10 min drive away.

Our apartment is 40 sqm large and separately laid out on the property. This is located in a popular residential area in Stralsund, from which the old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. It has a living-dining room, a bedroom, a children's room, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue. A car parking space is available. The storage of brought bicycles is possible.
