Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

This is a comfortable, two-bedroom home at the top of the bluff, with stunning views west across Useless Bay and the Puget Sound to the mountains of the Olympic Peninsula. At the foot of our path down the bluff, you'll find our beach-front cabin, a magical spot on Maxwelton Beach. Useless Bay is so shallow that at low tide you can walk for miles along the tidal flats.
