I had a beautiful stay at Riverside Cottage. A very well equipped accommodation in a bucolic environment. Kim was very helpful whether it be for the direction to the cottage or to make sure I have everything I need during my stay. The host have a great sense of hospitality and I thank them for that.

A stunning getaway. This was our second trip here with family and won’t be our last. The location is breathtaking and the house is beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked. Vicki, Rick and George were very helpful and accommodating. Thanks for sharing this slice of heaven with us!

Linda is such an amazing host, she was so helpful and responsive to questions that we had for her. Her home is perfectly positioned in front of the most beautiful Drakensburg mountains. Last but not least her home is clean and beautiful, we will definitely be going back soon.

Dalene's cottage is set in the heart of the beautiful Drakensberg, with access to many great walks. The cottage is attractive and comfortable and we enjoyed staying there. Hans and Dalene are kind and helpful hosts, which made our stay all the more memorable.

Absolutely enchanting! This hidden gem felt like a true retreat from the world. The surroundings were serene, and the accommodation was cozy and magical. Perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful escape. Sduduzo was absolutely amazing – he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. This was our fourth trip to the Drakensberg, having previously stayed at another Airbnb and a well-known lodge near Helen's place. Without a doubt, this was our best experience yet. The location strikes a perfect balance. It's conveniently close to the attractions of Champagne Valley – think chocolate and great hikes – while still offering wonderful peace and quiet. And those mountain views are truly something special. The accommodation itself is excellent. The two bedrooms are very spacious, each with its own bathroom and wonderfully large beds. We appreciated the blankets, heater, and the well-equipped kitchen with its large fridge. Having full DSTV and reliable Wi-Fi was a bonus for downtime, and the Weber was perfect for braais. The place is nicely furnished and genuinely feels like a comfortable home. Dealing with Helen was effortless. Extending our stay by an extra night was handled with no trouble at all. A definite 10/10, and we'll certainly be returning!

A Hidden Gem! Kliphuis is an absolute delight — a lovely little cottage with breathtaking views that instantly make you feel relaxed. It’s peaceful, quiet, and the perfect spot to unwind. The decor is quirky and eclectic, full of character and charm that make it feel truly unique. Every amenity you could need is thoughtfully provided, and the amazing little bath is the cherry on top — such a treat after a day of exploring. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene escape with a touch of magic.
