Monthly Rentals in Utica

Mr. Frank came out to greet us on arrival and directed us to where we were staying. The B and B was exactly like pictures/discription and stocked with tea, coffee, ice, and lots of soaps/shampoo/conditioner, etc. When my son locked the bathroom door by mistake, Mr. Frank fixed it right away. They were very welcoming and the Band B was inexcellent condition. I will definitely use them in the future!

Beth welcomed me with a warm heart within minutes of booking. Walking up to the Mill was like a blast from the past. This brand new built unit inside says luxary at its finest with such a thoughtful touch of home away from home. Everything in this home was placed with love. There is a distillery just behind the mill with the smoothest drinks you can bottle. After working up an appetite just head across the street to Watts restaurant. Beth was such an amazing host and I hope for many more visits to Utica :) thank you!!!
