This is the second time we've stayed in this apartment and it's always a pleasure to stay there. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is also located in a quiet area and it is close to the sea and restaurants on foot. The host and person who hosted us are kind and accommodating. We can only recommend this apartment to people looking for a pleasant stay in Ospedaletti!

Wonderful stay in Varigotti, which I love deeply. Fabiola's apartment is very clean, cozy and with a really breathtaking panoramic view. Fabiola was very kind, as was her parents: helpful and warm. We felt right at home and will definitely be back!

Beautiful spacious apartment with stunning sea views. Alma and Mimo are exceptional hosts. They renovated this beautiful property, located in one of the best neighborhoods in Alassio, with great taste and great attention to detail. The living room is superb, with large windows offering spectacular sea views. The kitchen is perfect and modern, as are the two bathrooms. The air conditioning is very powerful. Although it is located in the center, the interior rooms are very quiet. A beautiful terrace adds extra space to relax. Alma and Mimo know Alassio in every detail and gave us excellent recommendations to make the most of our stay. Tip: Ask them to connect you with the beaches to book umbrellas. Thanks Alma! We were really impressed by the kindness and availability that welcomed us upon arrival, the lady is really very kind; the house is perfect for our family, clean, very comfortable with the piece of garden to make the most of. In 10/15 min walk you can get downtown, we had a really good time, we'll be back

The apartment is in a very convenient location if you want to have the beach in the immediate vicinity. The traffic in front of the house did not bother us and we hardly heard the train behind the house. Communication with the hostess was always very pleasant and she always provided information very quickly, which we greatly appreciated. Various shopping opportunities were available in the surrounding streets. The apartment is attractively furnished. Glad to come back!

Cozy, tastefully furnished and perfectly clean apartment. Direct access to the private beach is a great added value, as is the convenience of nearby services. The location is great, just a short walk from downtown. A special thank you to Isabella, always present and available for every need. we enjoyed our vacation days at apartment number nine. From the apartment you have a great view of the sea. You can quickly reach the small village on foot. It has nice cafes and good restaurants everywhere. Only the street was rather noisy. Especially if you had the windows open. We will definitely be happy to come back.

The place is as shown in the pictures. The terrace with sea view is a dream. Well equipped with everything you need. The pool is also great, always get free sun loungers. Everything very well maintained. The contact with Catherine and Nour on site very pleasant. Problems were solved immediately. The area is beautiful. You have to know that shops or even the beach are a little further away on foot. The way back may be tedious, as it goes quite up the mountain. Depending on how good you are on foot, this is definitely important to know. Also worth mentioning would be the great bike path (pista ciclabile) of the area, even if we did not use it, it is definitely a good tip to take bikes with you or rent it on site.

Without a doubt an extremely refined and beautiful place to be. This villa has been in Silvio’s family for a while and the thought and care that continuously goes into making it beautiful inside and out is extraordinary. We had a short but wonderful time and won’t soon forget it. Recommended for a memorable occasion.

We (family with 2 children) spent 4 great weeks in Marco's apartment. Great views, the sea at your doorstep, swimming pool, parking, etc. as indicated in the apartment description. Marco is a great host, he responded immediately to any questions and problems and did his best to resolve the issue. We can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience. The only thing you need to know is that the internet connection is somewhat unstable and rather unsuitable for working. But it's totally fine for watching movies or surfing with your phone. Apartment is located on the first line on the beach! Very private place with own parking lot. We were with electric vehicle car and Valerio allowed me to charge it during our stay. Extremely good location. Everything is in 3-5 minutes walking distance(old town, grocery store, laundry, fruit store, cafeterias and etc). Apartment was clean, fully equipped with all what you’ll need! Location and place privacy was is amazing. I recommend this place for a families with a kids. Thanks to Valerio! He is our hero! He helped us a lot and was very responsive and supportive!

The photos reflect the apartment. The beautiful terrace overlooking the sea is unique. A little gem for 3 days of rest. Clean and very bright. P.S. I would change the two armchairs on the terrace as the broken back ruins clothes.

Well equiped and very prepared apartment for the guests to feel at home. Everything tou need to have a good vacation. Nice balcony and only a few steps to the beach and the boardwalk. Very good to have access to the bikes!

The accommodation is very clean and functional. Sergio is very available and responsive. We had a great time despite the whims of the weather we were able to enjoy the surroundings every day. The balcony has wonderful sea views. The bedding is excellent and we have all amenities nearby. We recommend Sergio's place and will gladly go back.

We've had a great time, went Swimming, mountainbiking (Varazze is having amazing trails), enjoying the Sun and fresh air our wonderful holiday home. The view is fantastic, at springtime it was very quiet, the beds are supercomfy. You should be able to Do many Stairs

An extraordinary apartment in an elegant villa from the early 20th century – spacious, stylish and full of atmosphere. The view of the ocean is simply breathtaking, the covered terrace and the spacious park a dream. A small path leads directly to the sea, from there you can reach the new foot and bike promenade to Porto Maurizio. Ms. Bianca personally welcomed us and said goodbye – an impressive host who does not live in the house, but was always there for us when we needed something. A place with soul, style and space.
