marta and Alberto's house is as described, it is in a strategic position because it is elevated to the gut, so quiet , but a moment from the center. It has perfect parking, so it is perfect because then it is impossible to turn by car. The house is perfect for 3 people, but also for four, it has everything you need. Dishwasher and washing machine, hairdryer and iron, and other essential things such as sugar oil, salt and various detergents, and this is a great thing. Marta is super helpful, a responsive, welcoming, kind host. We had a great time and I recommend this place to everyone

Beautiful accommodation in every detail, the welcome on arrival was excellent, we had a great time staying at home, the hosts were very kind both on arrival and throughout the stay. I highly recommend everyone a vacation with them, the area is quiet and close to the sea at the same time. We will definitely return to them.

Beautiful studio with sea view terrace, a short drive to San Lorenzo al mar and 2 steps from the seaside bike path. The interior is very well-equipped. We didn't miss a thing. Francesco who was our contact throughout our stay was very responsive and super kind, recommending us a great hike on the heights of Civezza. We 100% recommend this rental!

Bright and clean apartment on walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants but in a very calm area. Balcony with sea view is a big plus. We enjoyed the garage and the parking for bikes, highly recommended for cyclists! Communication with Igor was great, very quick and good instructions. Happy to come back soon :)

I stayed in this accommodation with my 8-year-old daughter and my mother with mobility difficulties. The location was crucial. It is not in the center but everything is easily accessible on foot: 2 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes from the station and 5 from the center. The owner was very kind in offering flexibility for both check-in and check-out. The house is equipped with everything you need. Kitchen complete with dishes, pots and basic condiments; bathroom complete with various detergents and hair dryer; possibility of using the washing machine. If I have to find flaws, I think the blinds need to be replaced, or at least fixed, and the beds in the bedroom are slightly worn. Really nothing important, our stay was not affected by this, instead the kindness, availability and speed of the owner played a fundamental role.

Everything went well, the apartment is not very large but well furnished and it is very well located. Amedeo is friendly, he gave us plenty of good places to visit and I thank him for accepting that we came on Christmas Eve, if I go back to Sanremo I will be happy to rent his place again.

Exactly what my partner and I wanted. Relax with the noise of the sea and tranquility. All amenities near the apartment and downtown are not that far on foot. Free parking under the house is a big plus.

We had a wonderful weekend, thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of Pietro and his wife, who welcome you as if you were at their home!!!! The house is as beautiful as in the photos, very welcoming and has every comfort for a great stay, and in addition it is very clean!!!!! The area is very central and quiet, and every attraction of the city is within walking distance!

Well organized and clean apartment. It is close to the aquarium, in fact it can be reached in a few minutes by foot. Paola is very nice and approachable. Only note in my opinion negative: the staircase to reach the apartment is definitely very characteristic but a little dangerous.

We have been visiting the Finale/Varigotti area for many years and we had never found a little house with a window in front of the sea. In fact, everything in Varigotti we have always found houses with prices inaccessible for us, so this time there was a miracle. Sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves, with our favorite focaccia under the house, it didn't seem true. The house was simply perfect as a location and very cozy. Check-in was very easy... leaving was very difficult, we would have stayed another two weeks:)

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Coiri. Nicola was a perfect host, very friendly and welcoming. The house is great, we felt right at home. Nicola sent us all the information and recommendations for the area beforehand. After our arrival he even gave us delicious food for breakfast. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We recently stayed in the apartment Chill&Hill and it was a fantastic one. The apartment was beautiful, clean and tidy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The pool was lovely and perfect to relax in. Viki was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others!

Perfect for smaller groups with the two bed rooms. Clean appartment with a nice balcony and amazing views of Monforte and beyond. Super location in walking distance from everything you need in Monforte. Second stay in the appartment, and will absolutely come back again.

This place deserves a 6/5 everything was impeccable. Fabrizio and Frederico were very welcoming. The apartment is perfect and equipped with everything you need. The views over the rolling hills were lovely and surprised me as I didn't know this part of Italy was so beautiful. Fabrizio went out of his way to help us make a restaurant booking and we were given the best table and treated like kings.

An unforgettable stay in Genoa! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Really enjoyed our stay in Bart and Odiels beautiful property. A lovely conversion which provided everything needed for a luxurious stay in stunning surroundings. Walkable to local village yet completely surrounded by vineyards. Great communication with the host and I would absolutely recommend a stay in this beautiful part of the world. Sublime stay! The apartment is very ideal for a couple with a dog. It is well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. The location is quiet with a splendid exterior that makes you want to enjoy the place and the surroundings! Close to beautiful places between greenery, waterfall and sea but the car seems essential to us to fully enjoy these assets. Federico is a gold owner, he lives above but is very discreet, available, responsive and full of good advice! We loved our stay and have nothing to complain about!
